SOBER MASTERCLASS
(1 MONTH)
VIRTUAL – GROUP
If 121 coaching isn’t for you and you are looking for more of a casual, group format to help you go sober, or cut out the booze for a set period of time, I run a virtual sober masterclass which takes place on selected months throughout the year.
My sober masterclass is a great opportunity to explore what life might be like sober and is aimed at anyone who has an interest in sobriety. It’s perfect for those of you who are sober curious and may be looking for a bit of help and support to make it stick. It’s also great for those who want more of a challenge to take a set-period off the booze, it could be a month, it could be a year. I also welcome those of you who are already sober champs, who just want the opportunity to meet like-minded new people and join the amazing private community that forms within each masterclass.
Every masterclass runs from the first to the last day of that month. Every week I host an interactive zoom call (which is recorded if you are unable to attend) with a different topic, from a sober tool kit right through to the power of the mind. All bases are covered and once the month is over you will be ready and motivated to live a life without the booze.
You will also be put into a private Facebook group for the month along with your classmates, this is a safe space for us to connect with each other in between the weekly zoom calls. Following completion of the course you will graduate into the Better Life Club; this is a private Facebook group that is exclusively for graduates of the sober masterclass, and it is completely free of charge. In the BLC you will be able to communicate with all the previous masterclass attendees, continue to have a safe space to discuss any thoughts and feelings you have about your alcohol-free adventure and be able to come and join one of our exclusive meet ups.

SOBER WORKSHOP (1 DAY)
IN PERSON – SMALL GROUP – VARIOUS LOCATIONS
My intimate 1-day sober workshop is aimed at those looking for a crash course into sobriety, you will leave feeling educated, motivated and inspired to step into your sobriety journey. As a small group (no more than 10) we will spend the day together, starting with an introduction, followed by a schedule filled with fun, that will leave you feeling confident to start day one of your new sober life, all in the privacy of our own meeting room.
Breakfast, lunch, teas, coffees, and refreshments are included within the, as well as a Better Life Guy training book and pen. You will walk away from the day feeling incredibly motivated and fully equipped to tackle to world of sobriety as well as having made new connections with like minded people that are on the same journey as yourself.

NO BOOZE CRUISE 2023

Back by popular demand, this years NO BOOZE CRUISE is bigger and better than ever before.
Come and join me for a cruise down the river Thames this summer.
Whether you are living a Dryy lifestyle or you are just curious to see what it’s all about, this event has it all.
You will be able to sample some of my favourite non-alcoholic drinks from the bottomless bar.
Eat as much food as you like from the buffet.
Come and meet me and some familiar faces from the world of social media.
All whilst taking in the sights of London.
THIS YEAR INCLUDES:
A huge 2 floor boat to accommodate everyone and provide plenty of space to eat, drink, dance or just relax and connect with others.

Boat departs promptly at 1pm from Temple Pier and will disembark at 4pm from the same place.
Last year 90% of people that came to the event came alone, the connection between everyone is like nothing else, so if you are worried about turning up by yourself… everyone is in the same boat 😂.
